DAY 1 | SATURDAY
REGISTRATION
Welcome to the Karoo, grab a beer or something to drink, and collect your goody bag. During registration, you will receive your event package with your number and some other goodies. You’re welcome to arrive from 13:00-17:30.
EVENT START
18:15 – Start the event by running into the beautiful Karoo sunset to be welcomed by the most breathtaking nightscape of bright stars.
DINNER AND PRIZE GIVING
20:00 – Time to feed those hungry tummies after an exhilarating 8km night run followed by prize giving.
DAY 2 | SUNDAY
BREAKFAST
06:00-07:00 Enjoy a delicious Karoo breakfast before you set off on your run.
EVENT START
07:00 – 22km Horse Run
07:30 – 14km Sheep Run
LUNCH & PRIZE GIVING
12:00-13:30 (May vary) – Receive your handmade souvenir finishers medal followed by a delicious lunch and prize giving to start once the last participant crosses the finish line.
EASTER SUNDAY SERVICE
15:30-16:30 (May vary) – We will be holding an Easter Sunday Service on the hill in honour of Holy Sunday. Everyone is welcome to attend.
DINNER & LIVE ENTERTAINMENT
18:00 – Dinner will entail an authentic Karoo dish and live entertainment! *This dinner is not included in the entry but can be purchased additionally online.
DAY 3 | MONDAY
COFFEE & A BREAKFAST BUN
6:00- 8:00 – For those who booked a Sunday dinner ticket, this also included coffee, followed by a breakfast bun on Monday morning before heading home.
